This is a Metra brand universal antenna. This has a motorola end and will plug into the back of modern aftermarket headunits. I use these on the display in my store, on hot rods, and boats where we do not want to drill a hole for an antenna. 
This is not the strongest reception from an antenna, but it does allow the radio to work.
